Students and instructors must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on ORVIO LLC Products and Services and use the Services. If you are younger than 18 but above the required age for consent to use online services where you live (for example, 13 in the US or 16 in Ireland), you may not set up an account, but we encourage you to invite a parent or guardian to open an account and help you access content that is appropriate for you. If you are below this age of consent to use online services, you may not create a ORVIO LLC Products and Services account. If we discover that you have created an account that violates these rules, we will terminate your account. Under our Instructor Terms, you may be requested to verify your identity before you are authorized to submit content for publication on ORVIO LLC Products and Services.
As an express condition of being permitted to access and use the ORVIO LLC Products and Services Platform, You represent and warrant that You are not on a list of persons that bars You from receiving services under U.S. laws (including, without limitation, the Denied Persons List and the Entity List issued by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security) or other applicable jurisdiction and are not a resident of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela or Crimea, Russia, Donetsk or Luhansk regions of Ukraine

Our License to You
Subject to these Terms and our policies (including the Privacy Policy, Honor Code, course-specific eligibility requirements, and other terms), we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our ORVIO LLC Products and Services. You may download content from our Services only for your personal, non-commercial use, unless you obtain our written permission to otherwise use the content. You also agree that you will create, access, and/or use only one user account, unless expressly permitted by ORVIO LLC Products and Services, and you will not share access to your account or access information for your account with any third party. Account

In case of a dispute on User Account ownership, we reserve the right to determine ownership to a User Account based on our reasonable judgment, whether or not an independent investigation has been conducted by us. However, if we cannot make such determination (as we may deem in our sole discretion), we reserve the right to avoid doing so and/or suspend a User Account until the parties disputing such ownership, reach a resolution, without liability to you or to any other party. We may request documentation (e.g. government-issued ID, a business license) that may assist us in determining ownership.
Accessing the Website
We may withdraw or amend our ORVIO LLC Products and Services, and any service or material provided on it, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, any part of the ORVIO LLC Products and Services is unavailable at any time or for any period. ORVIO LLC Products and Services cannot guarantee that such third party content, in the Services or elsewhere, will be free of material you may find objectionable or otherwise inappropriate or of malware or other contaminants that may harm your computer, mobile device, or any files therein. ORVIO LLC Products and Services disclaims any responsibility or liability related to your access or use of, or inability to access or use, such third party content.
Code of Conduct
You represent and warrant that You will not be using or is not using or used ORVIO LLC Products and Services for any illegal activity. You are not allowed to use ORVIO LLC Products and Services to engage in any kind of conduct that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the US, Europe, Ukraine or other countries). You may not use ORVIO LLC Products and Services to engage in any activities that will result in sending spam. You may not use ORVIO LLC Products if your content material is libelous, slanderous, pornographic, obscene, unlawful, threatening, hateful, violent, predatory, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable, all of which shall be determined in Our sole discretion.
Payments, Credits, and Refunds
ORVIO LLC Products and Services offers paid Services. You are responsible for paying all fees charged by or for ORVIO LLC Products and Services and applicable taxes in a timely manner with a payment mechanism associated with the applicable paid Services.
Each Creator collecting payment for services provided on the ORVIO LLC Products and Services hereby appoints ORVIO LLC Products and Services as the Creator's payment collection agent solely for the limited purpose of accepting funds from Students purchasing such services.
Each Creator agrees that payment made by a Student through the ORVIO LLC Products and Services shall be considered the same as a payment made directly to the Creator, and the Creator will provide the purchased services to the Student in the agreed manner as if the Creator has received the payment directly from the Student. Each Creator agrees that ORVIO LLC Products and Services may refund the Student in accordance with the Terms. Each Creator understands that ORVIO LLC Products and Services 's obligation to pay the Creator is subject to and conditional upon successful receipt of the associated payments from Students. ORVIO LLC Products and Services guarantees payments to Creators only for such amounts that have been successfully received by ORVIO LLC Products and Services from Students in accordance with these Terms. In accepting appointment as the limited payment collection agent of the Creator, ORVIO LLC Products and Services assumes no liability for any acts or omissions of the Creator.
Creators may be charged a fee for any chargeback on credit card, debit card, or PayPal transaction that is processed through the ORVIO LLC Products and Services
Refunds
For details on our refund deadlines and policies, please refer to the information below. Please note that our policies differ between subscription payments and one-time payments made for course, and that payment options may vary from one offering to another. Please also note that we treat violations of our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate these or other ORVIO LLC Products and Services policies, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period. Similarly, we have no obligation to offer late refunds to users who do not receive a passing mark in a Content Offering, or who are otherwise unsatisfied with their final grade.
ORVIO LLC Products and Services does not offer refunds if the Services have begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you will lose your right of withdrawal or refund upon beginning use of the Services. Service is considered as initiated when payment was done or You visited one session or watched 1 prerecorded video course.
If you do not earn your completion certificate within 180 days after registering for a Service project, your registration will expire and you will need to pay to re-enroll for the Service in order to complete the Service and earn your completion certificate.

It is the Student’s responsibility to understand the refund policy for Creator Content prior to purchasing such Creator Content from ORVIO LLC Products and Services
If ORVIO LLC Products and Services decide to issue refund credits to your account, they will be automatically applied towards your next content purchase on ORVIO LLC Products and Services platform, but can’t be used for purchases in ORVIO LLC Products and Services mobile or TV applications. Refund credits may expire if not used within the specified period and have no cash value, in each case unless otherwise required by applicable law.
At discretion of ORVIO LLC Products and Services, if ORVIO LLC Products and Services believe’s you are abusing ORVIO LLC Products and Services refund policy, such as if you’ve consumed a significant portion of the content that you want to refund or if you’ve previously refunded the content, ORVIO LLC Products and Services reserve the right to deny your refund, restrict you from other future refunds, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of the Services. If ORVIO LLC Products and Services ban your account or disable your access to the content due to your violation of these Terms
Using ORVIO LLC Products and Services
Anyone matching the above criteria to create account can use ORVIO LLC Products and Services to create and publish content and instructors and we enable instructors and students to interact for teaching and learning. Like other platforms where people can post content and interact, some things can go wrong, and you use ORVIO LLC Products and Services at your own risk.
Our ORVIO LLC Products and Services model means we do not review or edit the content for legal issues, and we are not in a position to determine the legality of content. We do not exercise any editorial control over the content that is available on the platform and, as such, do not guarantee in any manner the reliability, validity, accuracy, or truthfulness of the content. We do not hire or employ instructors nor are we responsible or liable for any interactions involved between instructors and students. We are not liable for disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damage of any kind that might arise out of or relate to the conduct of instructors or students.
